So I am emotionally overwhelmed by the prospect of being pregnant: elated one moment, scared the next, and always terrified I am not taking care of Monday well enough. And to top it off, I have to keep it a secret for a while longer?
We believe in not sharing until we are through the first trimester, but I do not generally like not talking to my family and friends about it. Just this week, Pito asked me "So what's new?" and the only thing new (AND HUGE!!) in my life, we're not sharing until we are farther along.
That's part of why we're keeping this. If everything goes well, we'll publish this out to all of them, and they can retroactively be there along the way with us. Man do I spend a lot of time hoping & praying that I get to publish this blog.
I can't believe I am saying this on a Friday, but Monday, can you hurry up and get here soon??
